Ennui Bookstore
here are three editions of this collection currently available. There are also other books that are, in some way or another, relevant to this site. Some come from the same publisher as Ennui - some come from authors who are, or were editors - and a few others who just inspired me, supported me, or felt right included here. For each book listed, click the cover image to order it at the Horror Mall. Most of these are available at other sites, but the mall is my number one choice to support - they ship quickly, they discount almost everything they carry, they have lay-away for orders greater than $50 - and if you pre-order a book from them you won’t be charged until they actually HAVE the book.
This is the book the site is all about. It’s available as a trade paperback for $19.95.
There are only about five of these available. It was a limited print run of only 100 copies - great fun in Old Mill, North Carolina - featuring the introduction to The Not Quite Right Reverend Cletus J. Diggs in his first novella length adventure - The Currently Accepted Habits of Nature. The cover price is $50. Again, just click the cover. This one is almost gone.
Brian Hodge has been a friend and colleague for a long time. He did a wonderful introduction for this collection, and I thought I’d include this link here to one of his newest novels. I read this, and enjoyed it quite a lot. It’s very fast-paced, some humor, some pain - a lot of very well-wrought characters. Pick up a copy today - it’s signed and limited - published by Cemetery Dance. The cover price on this one is: $34.95
OTHER GODS is the new definitive collection from my long-time friend fellow author, Stephen Mark Rainey - who is also distinguished as the first publisher of some of my most memorable stories, a few of which found their way into my own collection. Since his collection is also from Dark Regions, and I only found out the publisher was doing such books by talking to Mark…I have included his here as well. As with ENNUI - you can get OTHER GODS for $19.95 for the signed trade paperback.
More titles will join these as they occur to me, and as I finish building the site.
Until then, click covers…buy books - shop! The mall is full of great books.
